This Christmas we received an air fryer after watching an EMBARRASSING amount of Tik Tok videos for air fryer recipes. The air fryer craze is real, and I love mine. I use it now for a lot of things I once put in the oven. Food is healther (but just as delicious) because I don't need to use as much oil, if any at all. The air fryer also makes cooking uncoplicated because it is so easy to use, and often times faster than an oven.
These air fryer roasted potatoes are perfect as a quick and easy side dish or served alongside some scrambled eggs and other breakfast favorites, such as veggie bacon or sausage.
p.s. The air fryer I own (and recommend) is the Ninja AG301 Foodi 5-in-1 Indoor Grill / Air Fryer (aff link) Turn on the air fryer and select the “Air Crisp” function. Set the temperature to 400°F and adjust the timer to 18 minutes. Press “Start” to pre-heat the unit. While the unit pre-heats, combine the potatoes, olive oil, dried rosemary, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Add salt and black pepper, to taste, and toss to combine. When the air fryer beeps and flashes “Add Food,” pour the seasoned potatoes into the basket and spread into an even layer without overcrowding. Close the lid to start air frying. After 9 minutes, lift the lid and carefully turn the potatoes with a plastic spatula so they brown evenly, making sure they are still in a single, even layer. Close the lid and continue air frying until cook time is complete. Transfer potatoes to a serving bowl or platter, and garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary. Serve immediately.
