  • Ingredients for Sweet Potato Wedges:
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Ingredients for Coconut Yogurt Dip:
  • 1/2 cup vegan coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste



Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).


Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and place them in a mixing bowl.


Drizzle the olive oil over the sweet potato wedges and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the sweet potatoes evenly.
