  • 2 can of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the cannellini beans and vegetable broth, and stir to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and the broth has reduced.

Next, add the chopped sage leaves to the skillet, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sage is fragrant and the beans are coated in the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
